It was a rough week. My electricity went off at 2am Monday and it alternated on and off for the next 3 days. The electric companies lost about 30% of their generating units across the state of Texas and had to do what they call "rolling blackouts" where they conserve energy by turning the power off in various areas, one hour at a time. The problem was, it was difficult to predict when it was going to come on and go off. I didn't get a lot of work done. Then, on Tuesday, they turned the water off and it remained off until Saturday! We had the lowest temperatures in 120 years.

It's all good now. It was 28c today!
